You'd never know it from looking outside in New York, London, or Paris—all of which have been hit by brutal winter storms—but spring is here…or at least the collections we saw way back in September are finally arriving in stores. And from hyper colors to crazy prints, there's plenty to shake you out of your seasonal affective disorder-induced doldrums. We're seeing a warming trend.
